About the Role

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a working market and kitchen clean, organized, and moving. This role is part dishwasher, part prep support, and part general utility backbone—the kind of job that keeps the whole place from getting sideways.

You’ll help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across the kitchen, dish area, bathrooms, and storefront, while also supporting basic prep and production work. If you’re steady, expedient, organized, and willing to learn, this is a strong entry point into how a real food operation runs.

What You’ll Do

• Wash, clean, sanitize, and organize pots, pans, containers, dishes, flatware, glassware, and smallwares
• Keep the dish area clean, stocked, and moving so the kitchen can stay on pace
• Clean floors as needed and handle trash and recycling throughout the day
• Assist with proper handling, storage, and receiving of food, supplies, and other goods
• Support the kitchen team with prep and production work by following company recipes and direction
• Regularly check, clean, and restock the bathroom
• Regularly check and clean the exterior storefront area
• Maintain the utility closet, mop area, and trash cans so they stay clean, organized, and ready for use
• Assist the Chef and kitchen team with daily cleaning duties as well as weekly and monthly deep-cleaning projects
